- December 2nd: First Day to order books for Spring Semester
Instructions: How to Order Books from eCampus, Accessing Digital Bookshelf & Returns.
- All offices are closed Dec. 19th - Jan. 1st. (Orders will be processed when the college reopens, Jan. 2nd)
Returns & Refunds
- No refunds without original receipt.
- Refunds must be issued in the original form of payment.
- Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items: Bus Passes, Meal Vouchers, Food/Drinks, Gloves, Goggles, Face Shields, Vinyl Aprons, Dental Supplies, Health/Hygiene Items, Laptops, Printers, Printer Ink, Gift Cards and Clearance Items.
- Campus Store reserves the right to make final judgements on all returns.
Effective December 1, 2022 all textbook/access code orders are filled by eCampus. Please refer to the eCampus website for information regarding the return policy and process at https://allegany.ecampus.com/help/faq/can-i-return-my-book-for-a-refund/59
- Course Packets must be returned within 5 business days of term start date.
- Course Packets for Dropped Courses must be returned within 15 business days of term start date. Proof of dropped course is required.
- Returns for delayed start courses are evaluated individually.
- Open shrink-wrapped packages may not be returnable and are evaluated individually.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in new condition, tags attached, in the original, unopened packaging (free of odors or stains).
- Defective Electronics NOT covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the Campus Store with all original packaging within 5 business days of purchase.
- Items with manufacturer warranties: (Including Laptops/Printers/Jansport Bookbags) The customer must contact the manufacturer directly for guidance on filing a claim.

1. Go to: https://allegany.ecampus.com/
2. Sign In via School Account, then login using your ACM Brightspace credentials.
3. Click on the person Icon or MyAccount.
4. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
5. Select Return for a Refund.
6. Select the quantity for items to return and select Print Label & Complete Return for a prepaid UPS return label.
7. Print out label and attach to box.
8. Drop off at the ACM Campus Store or any UPS location.
9. Returns take 7-10 business days for receipt and posting the refund to your account.

Returning Rentals to eCampus.com
1. Go to: https://allegany.ecampus.com/
2. Sign In via School Account, then login using your ACM Brightspace credentials.
3. Click on the person Icon or MyAccount.
4. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
5. Select Return My Rental for Free, or Purchase or Extend (for Rentals).
6. Select the quantity for items to return and select Print Label & Complete Return for a prepaid UPS return label.
7. Print out label and attach to box.
8. Drop off at the ACM Campus Store or any UPS location.
